What if I want to create galleries for a larger number of children, for example a class of schoolchildren?

I'd like to create an account for my grandchildren with my daughter named as the account holder; how can I do this?

Simply supply your daughter’s name and email address at the time of signing up and be sure to give her the password!

How do I remove one of my children’s galleries?

You can request this by logging into your account and then going to the Contact Us page, where you can select the option to “Change a Child Profile”.

Do you store any personal data?

We only store information that we require in order to manage your account. We store no credit/debit card details; these are kept by our payment service provider and they have their own security systems.

Why should I pay to display my child’s artworks when I can put them on my Social Media accounts for free?

Firstly, the gallery is a child’s own personal space, reserved for an unlimited number of his or her creations for an unlimited period of time. Secondly, it’s much safer than social media, because there’s no possibility of unwanted contact and all images received are approved by us before they can appear on the website. And thirdly, the primary objective of our website is to encourage children to be more creative; Facebook and other social media are fine, but they can’t give the same concentrated commitment to children’s art.

Once you hold a photo of my child’s artwork, will you use it for any other purpose?

No. The copyright remains with you. We will never make use of it without your consent.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Visit our Lost My Password page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How can I remove an image from my child’s gallery?

On the image page that you would like to delete, there is be a purple button at the bottom that says “Delete or Modify Image”. This will send you to a form where you select what Type of Change you require.

I live abroad and would like to pay in another currency. Is this possible?

Yes. Our payment system can accept any currency and transfer it into sterling at the current exchange rate.

Can my images be lost by you?

No, our website is ‘backed up’ everyday, ensuring no content can be lost.
